Your tasks at Unrefined Riches:

- Standard processing of incoming orders (printing shipping labels & delivery bills, packing parcels)
- Replenishment and checking the inventory
- Processing of returns
- Ensuring the availability of materials
- Ensuring quality standards and smooth communication between fulfillment, customer service and the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL)
- Guarantee of professional collection of customer parcels by DHL / other shipping service providers
- Updating the inventory via Shopify
- Process analysis & optimization
- Control of incoming and outgoing goods

- 5-15 hours per week
