Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the purchase contract was concluded.

In the case of a sales contract: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods ordered by the consumer as part of a single order and delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.
If several alternatives coincide, the last point in time is decisive.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Unrefined Riches, Adelaide Wolters, Bachstr. 123, 22083 Hamburg Tel.: +49 21117607320 kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Cancellations and revocations will only be accepted by e-mail to kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com. Cancellations sent to other addresses are not legally valid and will therefore not be processed.

Please note that customer service normally only works on weekdays, while the warehouse is also active at weekends. As the warehouse does not have access to customer service emails, there may be delays with cancellations and revocations received at the weekend.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to Unrefined Riches, Adelaide Wolters, Bachstr. 123, 22083 Hamburg Tel.: +49 21117607320 kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Im Falle, dass die Bestellung innerhalb des Paketes unvollständig, beschädigt ankommt, muss der Absender, d.h. Unrefined Riches binnen sieben Tagen schriftlich an kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com in Kenntnis gesetzt werden, damit ggf. eine Schadensanzeige an den Versanddienstleister übermittelt werden kann (§ 438 HGB). Der Empfänger hat einen Beweis darzulegen. Als Beweis sind Fotos, der Produkte, als auch des Versandkartons zu erbringen und der Mail in der o.g. Frist anzuhängen.
Sollte der Käufer die o.g. Frist nicht einhalten, so ist eine Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen. 

Sie haben die Waren auf eigene Kosten unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an Unrefined Riches Inh. Adelaide Wolters, Bachstr. 123, 22083 Hamburg, zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.

Gemäß § 357 Abs. 6 BGB tragen Sie die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Subscriptions can only be canceled after 2 subscription deliveries following the first subscription order. Should the customer wish to cancel the subscription early, the subscription discounts for each individual product must be repaid by the customer to the seller.

Cancellations and withdrawals are accepted exclusively via email at kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com. Requests sent to other addresses are not legally valid and will not be processed.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.



Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.


You must return or deliver the Goods to Unrefined Riches, Adelaide Wolters, Bachstr. 123, 22083 Hamburg Tel.: +49 21117607320 customerservice@unrefinedriches.com immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You must return or hand over the goods at your own expense to Unrefined Riches, Adelaide Wolters, Bachstr. 123, 22083 Hamburg, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In the event that the order arrives incomplete or damaged within the parcel, the sender, i.e. Unrefined Riches, must be informed in writing to kundenservice@unrefinedriches.com within seven days so that a damage report can be sent to the shipping service provider if necessary (§ 438 HGB). The recipient must provide proof. Photos of the products and the shipping carton must be provided as proof and attached to the e-mail within the above-mentioned period.
If the buyer does not comply with the above-mentioned deadline, a refund is excluded.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the event of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the shipping costs will not be refunded even after the products have been returned.

Subscriptions can only be canceled after 2 subscription deliveries following the first subscription completion order. Should the customer wish to terminate the subscription early, the subscription discounts for each individual product must be paid back to the seller by the customer.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
