We are very sorry to hear that you have not tolerated our products. Every skin is different and therefore reacts differently to certain ingredients.

Usually changes are visible after 4-6 weeks. Regularity is key in any skincare routine, so we recommend you use our products consistently and patiently.
Our products are suitable for all skin types and colours.
Fortunately, we can tell you that most customers with acne have had good experiences with our products. However, to be on the safe side, we recommend that you ask your dermatologist.
Our products do not contain microplastics.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel your order we ask you to send an email with your cancellation as soon as possible to: [email protected] If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse to accept it or return the unopened product. We will refund the full amount for the product upon receipt of your return.
Please send us an e-mail directly to: [email protected]. We will investigate the whole thing and replace your article. In this case a credit note is not possible.
The processing time of an order is a maximum of 24 hours. Your order will then be shipped. An exception are orders that are paid in advance. Here we ship your order within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Afterwards your package needs about 1-3 working days to arrive at your place (applies to deliveries within Germany).
