Returns & refunds
Would you like to return your order or part of your order? Please follow the instructions below:
General information
- You can return unused and unopened goods within 14 days after receipt.
- We do not assume any return costs. These are to be borne in full by the buyer (§ 357 para. 6 BGB).
-Opened or used products cannot be returned. If such items are nevertheless returned, no refund will be made. The customer can choose whether the goods are to be resent or disposed of at their own expense.
- We do not provide return labels. The return shipment must be organized independently and sufficiently stamped.
How the return works
1. enclose the return form
Please download the return form HERE, fill it out and enclose it with the return shipment so that we can assign your return correctly.
2. packaging & condition of the goods
- Pack the items securely to avoid damage in transit. Ideally, use the original packaging.
- The goods must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. Products with signs of use, damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded.
3. franking & shipping of the return
- The return must be sufficiently franked.
- Parcels returned freight collect will not be accepted. If a parcel is delivered freight collect, the fee of at least €10 will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend insured shipping with tracking, as you are responsible for any loss or damage to the return shipment during transportation.

Processing & refund
- After receipt of your return, the return will be processed within 5-7 working days processed.
- The refund will be made within 14 working days after verification of the goods to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Additional fees
- Damaged or used goods: No right to a refund. If you wish to have the goods returned, you can arrange for them to be reshipped at your own expense.
