Returns & Refunds
Do you wish to return your order or part of your order? Please note the following information:
General information
- You can return unused and unopened goods within 14 days of receipt.
- We do not cover return shipping costs. These must be borne entirely by the buyer (§ 357 para. 6 BGB).
- Opened or used products are excluded from returns. If such items are returned nonetheless, no refund will be issued. The customer can choose whether the goods should be resent at their own expense or disposed of.
- We do not provide return labels. Returns must be organized and sufficiently prepaid by the customer.
This is how the return process works

Please download the return form HERE, fill it out and include it with your return so that we can correctly process your return.
2. packaging & condition of the goods
- Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transportation. Ideally, use the original packaging.
- The goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Products showing signs of use, damaged items, or incomplete items will not be refunded.
3. postage & shipping of the return
- The return shipment must be sufficiently prepaid.
- Packages returned without postage due will not be accepted. If a package is delivered without postage due, the applicable fee of at least €10 will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend insured shipping with tracking, as you are responsible for loss or damage to the return shipment during transport.

Processing & Refund
- Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 working days .
- The refund will be issued within 14 working days after inspection of the goods, to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional fees
- Damaged or used goods: No refund will be issued. If you wish to return the goods, you can arrange for reshipment at your own expense.
